Ya, I don't know why it needs to activate the cameras when it's locked and shut off.

Does anyone know the reason? Does @Ford Motor Company know why?

I know we've discussed this in an older thread, but I forget if it's always working regardless or if security function is what the IR eyeball checker is tasked with when we're not driving the truck.

I am looking now, charging has stopped and so has the light show.

As @TaxmanHog quoted, the intrusion sensors are in the overhead and aren't visible.

It seems to be random that the bc cams light up.

It can't just be the intrusion sensors. My truck charges, unlocked, in a garage with a Blink camera. I've had to disable the camera because the light show in the truck continuously sets the camera off.

I’ve noticed this on mine anytime the truck is remotely pinged from me or Ford or anytime the truck just checks in to see if a scheduled update is available.
edit; btw, my ford intrusion alarm and sensors were factory deletes, so it’s not those at least on my truck.
