Connectivity issues

My truck seems to be having connectivity issues. The app/ website doesn't update with the current truck information and hands-free BlueCruise won't engage. I tried disconnecting the 12V battery but it did not seem to help. Any other ideas on what the problem might be and what can be done?

Check that the connectivity switches in settings are still turned on. If they are, try toggling them off and back on again.

Tried that. I can't access connectivity menu in the settings.

Took the Truck in to the dealer yesterday. They ran diagnostics and everything seemed fine. I picked up the truck and everything seemed ok. I got charged $200 for the diagnostic that they said found nothing. 5 minutes after I left the dealer the connectivity shut down again; public charging, hands-free blue cruise, and all app information were not updating/working. Stopped back at the dealer today and showed them the various error messages. They're going to do some research and I have to drop off the truck again tomorrow.

Still no solution. Dealer said it should be fixed through an OTA update, problem is the truck can't connect and get updates. Majorly inconvenient to not have hands-free Bleu Cruise. Even more annoying to not be able to see the current charging status in the app. Anyone out there have a similar issue?

Find a new dealer. If I understand you, the dealer took $200, told you nothing was wrong, then told you an OTA update would fix a CONNECTIVITY issue? If they weren't laughing when they said it, they are incompetent.

So, i took my lightning to a different dealer. They want $1600 to update the software to fix the problem. They said it will take 8 hours. How is this not covered under the Ford PremiumCare Service Plan?

It's a 2022 Standard Range. I have the 5yr/75000 mile Ford PremiumCare Service Plan . Current mileage is 43000

yeah that's ridiculous they want you to pay. Where are you located? Someone near you with FDRS may be able to do it and you can bypass the idiots.
