EA charge delivered miscalculation

These numbers look off to anyone? When finished it said it delivered 100+ kw. At 5minutes going from 49% to 57% it showed 65 kw delivered.
Am I reading this wrong? Called EA and they were confused at it, and sent it for review.

What did the screen show when you started? There have been reports of EA carrying over the kWh from the previous session.

I honestly looked up and immediately took this picture. The starting percentage is correct, but total delivered was way off.

Many people have posted recent EA issues just like this. It often keeps the prior session's numbers and adds to them.

I think with EA being owned by VW, they’re using metric hours and that’s why the calculation looks off.

According my my maths, 5 minutes is 1/12 of an hour- at that rate of delivery(119kw/hr) you’re around 9.91 kw/hr delivered.

I recently had a serious overcharge by EA at their station in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I was charged for over 40 kW when the actual delivery was about 9.5 kW. I complained loudly to EA and got a credit. Still, this should not be happening, and is another example of EA’s worst business practices.
