I’ll be following. You are heading down the same road I was on and I’ll be interested to hear if it all works as advertised. After having my demo for a couple of weeks and seeing all the post about OTA updates landing and mine not showing they finally forced the updates. Turns out there has been another one that didn’t load so I’m heading back next week.Mine will be 100% updated when I pick it up.

So here's a question. Got my MME GT mannequin home yesterday and checked connected services to find that BlueCruise, maps, and Alexa etc. all have activation dates of roughly 60 days before I drove off the lot. I talked to customer service and they said to make sure my dealer set the warranty start date to yesterday.Should be within a week
Can you confirm the email address is correct in your post? I have the same issue but got an undeliverable for wrong email address when trying to contact Ford. Did you get a reply from Ford after they removed the fleet status on your truck? Thanks!It you bought a demo/mannequin and cannot schedule an update after an alert because the option is not visible (e.g., Fleet vehicle):
Seems Ford has determined they need a written request and proof of ownership.
Don't call and waste time explaining your problem because after you do that you will be asked to send an email. Just sent an email to:

I sent the email and Ford cleared the block on the OTAs in less than an hour and i was able to access the Schedule Update screen. Truck is now fully updated.
- State the OTA's are blocked on your F-150 Lightning due to Fleet setting
- Include proof you own the vehicle (any document that proves you own the truck AND has your name and a VIN on it) which can include a copy of:
- Proof of Insurance
- Sales contract
- Registration
- Title
- ???
Simple request and from my view and Ford's eliminates potential fraud.

VIN?Yes indeed. I wonder though if this is because I have the “fleet mode” screen which limits certain options.
