FordPass App 4.25.0 released w/ Charge Rate Indicator!

This information should be on the center screen in the truck. Amazing to me that Ford would do this in the app and not also in the truck.

Working for me on my FCSP. I have it set for 48A and the app is showing 10 kW which is about right (240V x 48A x 90% efficiency) = 10.4 kW

It’s funny they added a survey also with this update…. I’m about to let them have it because there is still no option to start pre-conditioning, start stop charging, HVAC, etc. etc. all requested App updates….

For a new "EV startup" that just lost over $2billion I don't understand for the life of me why they just can't freaking at least spend a few hours reviewing Tesla's app and stealing. The amount of information, the speed at which it works, the functionality - well 'nuff said.

That’s exactly what I put on my survey. Even if they put half of the features it would be a step forward.

I have mine plugged into my FCSP right now, once it starts charging I’ll check to see if the charge rate is still there.

Yes they should try and copy Tesla as much possible but they will fall short since they source so much of the tech hardware. Tesla is doing so much vertical integration that allows them to control the whole UX so much better.

Famously Steve Jobs quoted Alan Kay stating "People who are really serious about software should make their own hardware."
