Got 10.1.1 before 10.1.0. Am I screwed?

Got my 2024 Lightning platinum a few weeks ago. Had been sitting on the lot not getting updates. Bought it, turned on auto updates, and got 10.1.1 a few days later. Problem is, I never got 10.1.0 that enables android auto/Google maps to do the enhanced EV routing with charge estimates, and also adds public charging and karaoke apps. I have taken it to the dealer twice and they said there are no updates showing on their end, so they cannot do anything.

Is there anything I can do to get that update or am I just out of luck forever?

I definitely do not have charge estimates in Google maps, public charging app, or the karaoke app. All the things that came in the 10.1.0 update, as far as I can tell.

10.1.0 for us 2022's was the update that gave us Sync version 24127 (from 23306). You can check your Sync version under Settings - General -About SYNC.

If you haven't already you might read the threads for 10.1.0 and 10.1.1 and notice what 2024 owners specifically have experienced.

Updates don't always come in order. And the numbering is wacky. You'll get it eventually.

I have read every thread I can find, but unfortunately found nothing helpful. Plenty of '24s say they have the estimated charge and karaoke from the 10.1.0 update, but some never got that update and went straight to 10.1.1 like I did and still don't have the features from 10.1.0

PM me your vin and I can check. Seems all I've seen for 24's is that they don't have the google ev routing though.

I could have sworn I saw some '24s reporting the had it, but maybe I am wrong.

I am in the same boat in most respects. 10.1.1, but no 10.1.0.

I am on iPhone, so I cannot verify the Android Auto part. I do get battery information in Apple Maps though. Not sure what update enabled that. No karaoke and no public charging app.

His was pretty much the same. Guess 10.1.1 was just a TCU update.

I'm in the same boat. No 10.1.0 so no routing. BEV team told me to take it to a dealer, which I'm going to.

Seeing as you already took it to the dealer (2x) I would call BEV and ask what's up...

Or maybe @Ford Motor Company can do some digging/aggregate reports to make the fix happen sonner

I also have a 2024. I did not receive 10.1.0, I do not have Google Maps EV Routing on AA, and I did receive 10.1.1

I'm on the same page as you i have the 2024 flash no karaoke or maps % also seems my ford map is outdated as it doesn't show the closest tesla charger in my area of Edmonton alberta canada .Last update received recently after the 10.1.1 is the ECG 24.2.5.7 on Feb 28 .
