How Does One Find Their F150 Software Update History?

It's not as simple as the title of the thread.

1. Why does Ford only let you see updates in the last 90 days? That's dumb, IMO.

2. Can't find my last update in my vehicle on the various screens (software update, etc) or in the Ford App. The website only provides updates for the last 90 days.

3. On November 15, I had service performed for what I thought was a different software update.

4. Mid to late December- I get a letter from Ford: "Customer Satisfaction Program 23B50." I did what I thought was the smart thing and checked my truck and my app, and could not find evidence of the 23B50 update. I had even forgot I posted here in November that I had that particular update done at the dealer. I have been to the dealer several times for software updates, and just thought this was something new.

5. I called the customer service number on the letter to see what was up. Boy oh boy is that number a black hole. There was not a single option that allowed me to enter 23B50 to connect to a rep. After 30-45 minutes of frustration and waiting, the rep told me that my dealer installed the update on November 15, 2024 .

6. It's barely 45 days past November 15, 2024. Why would the 23B50 not show up on my latest software update? Because it was installed by the dealer? That's dumb.

Maybe @Ford Motor Company could do something to make the software update history easier to find and to show updates the dealer has installed on the app and in the vehicle?

It's barely 45 days past November 15, 2024. Why would the 23B50 not show up on my latest software update? Because it was installed by the dealer? That's dumb.
The database has been taking frequent coffee breaks, worse than a government employee, I've seen my recent update from 12/4/2024, then another day it's missing, at some point it will show again.

Why they don't give us access to the whole enchilada is great question, wish I had an answer!

I figured you would answer right away, and thank you for answering. Channeling my inner Fredo Corleone- "I'm smart, I'm not dumb. . . . ." I was trained in engineering. I troubleshoot software and integration issues quite a bit in my current line of work. The interface in the vehicle in maddening. The app is a little less maddening, as is the Ford website. But calling 1-866-436-7332 is absolutely cuckoo! My wife (also an engineer) was in the vehicle with me- we called 6-8 times, before we figured out a way to get to a rep. The rep was absolutely fantastic- It took her a bit of time, but she politely pointed out that my vehicle was up to date. Later on, I checked the paperwork from my Nov. 15 visit, and it listed the 23B50 update. But that information on software should be somewhere in the software. LOL. I tagged Ford Motor Company, and maybe they can address that.

I tagged Ford Motor Company, and maybe they can address that.
Nope, they will NOT engage public discourse, at best an invitation to have a DM exchange that'll result in placing you in contact with your dealership.

Speaking of Ford not engaging with public discourse.....does the feedback function on the main page of the Ford Dashboard get any attention? It is a great idea and I can only imagine the amount of user feedback.....talk about a direct line to your customers. I'd love to see some feedback or acknowledgement of the ideas and if Ford is actually listening

I've never gotten a personal call or email, but I'm told that folks are reviewing and using our observations & complaints to enhance our trucks.

It's a shame this new 90-day vehicle update thing that Ford is doing sucks so bad. You can get the absolute full info on your vehicle from PTS, same as any dealer can do it just costs $25. You can also just make friends with a service advisor at any dealer and go in and have them print off the full list. You can view the current firmware and any available firmware updates for every single module on the truck.
