Perhaps someone can let me know about the following.

Losing 2% per day battery when not on a charger. This seems way high. My tesla loses much less than that.

Stating in deep sleep mode regularly on the app when it's not. (I think I read there is a a fix coming for this, but not biggest problem)

Reporting over and over accidental unplug when it's not plugged in on the app.

Here is the biggest problem. When at set charge level, it keeps turning on charger with noise like something is running. It keeps turning on the charger every minute or so. I think all of this is related, like the truck is doing something running all the time.

You must check with your dealer and do a software reset if possible. If the problem still persists, you can follow up with them again and ask them to get to Ford with this issue.

I do not have any of the above issues, even in peak winter I was losing < 1% per day. I have parked my truck at the airport for a week at a time in low to mid 30's temps and did not lose even 1 % battery. The truck showed as being in deep sleep in the fordpass app.

Losing that much SOC %% per day is not common.

The cycling of the FCSP and truck happens, but every 60 seconds seems a little more frequent than my experiences.

What is your update version 3.x.x, 4.x.x ?

Have you power cycled the FCSP (if you're using one) to make sure it has the latest firmware?
If not using the FCSP, what wall charger are you using ?

I agree with others, that is not common. Hopefully a SW reset will correct it, I'd definitely contact your service center.

2% a day is really high for the Lightning. I lose almost nothing when mine is off. Are you sure PAAK isn't triggering it? And that it's completely off when you step out? I know coming from a Tesla I had a habit of letting it shut off automatically on timer and forgetting to hit the button..

Let's be clear on two things.

1) Losing any percent a day is not normal. Sure, if it's parked for a month maybe it reads 69% instead of 70%.

2) You CANNOT use the % SOC to make the statement - "I lost 2%" today. Why? Because TEMPERATURE affects the amount of battery that is used (i.e. cold is bad), and that impacts the displayed SOC. You CAN see this with an OBD reader and the CarScanner app.

You can verify the accuracy of #2 by noticing that on some days, you will leave at 90% and drive a whole bunch of miles before it drops to 89%, because the battery warmed up quickly and you can access more of it.

Excellent point, will be interesting to see if/how much % I lose when my truck is sitting in a 115F parking lot for 9 hours this summer.

It might cool the battery, which would then cause a small usage and reduction as a result.

Thanks all on this. I've already got our dealer checking it out. I've sent them screenshots, video, etc. My gut feel is it's something where the truck keeps thinking its plugged in, hence the multiple accidental unplugged messages and thus the power drains.

None of these problems are normal. You need to get Ford involved in fixing them all. I leave my truck outside in cold weather for weeks at a time with zero loss of battery.

I agree with the above statement.
I have zero loss on mine parked for days in a parking lots at work when I travel. Even at home parked for couple days.
It only lost 1% when I tracked it for a month on the train haul to my dealer. Kept waking up the truck to tell it's location.
Need to get Ford involved. Ford Customer Service or your dealer.

Yep. Thanks. Got dealer involved already. Hopefully not another 2 months at the dealer. It's been at the dealer longer than in my garage.
