Nothing yet, completed the road trip, no BC-1.4, but weather was decent and traffic easy going that I got a 2.2 MPK today, that's a positive! You might get it tomorrow!

Same here! I've only driven about 40 miles with BC 1.4 so far, but my general impression was that its performance was "more buttery" (!) than BC 1.0. Rather than being unnerving at times, my drives so far have been more relaxing, and the truck behaves more responsively and confidently than before. I even imagined at one point that it recognized and responded more quickly to traffic suddenly stopped down the road further ahead than 1.0 - but that may have been a hallucination..And there’s something about the way the truck handles that I can’t explain, but it feels more confident in what it’s doing and I’m felt a little less tense in periods of highway stop and go traffic.
You need to only tap the turn signal not move it all the way. Like how you would indicate a lane change with a 3 blinkI got my 1.4 update today and just had a very brief ~5 mile stretch to test.
One initial dislike unless I’m missing something. From my testing if you initiate the lane change and it does the lane change the turn signal stayed on so I still had to manually turn off the turn signal. WTF!? Is this normal?
Ah, ok. Thanks. That’s gonna take some getting used to I’ve never used the “temp blinker” before because I just do the normal blinker and wheel turn with the hand in one motion and Then recenter and turn off with same hand. That Always Felt more natural to me.You need to only tap the turn signal not move it all the way. Like how you would indicate a lane change with a 3 blink
The turn signal lever is not motorized. If you push it all the way down or up, only you can return it to the center off position. Use the tap feature as mentioned.Ah, ok. Thanks. One minor thing I noticed on my '22 is I on the Driver Assist page of the Drivers Gauge LED I am not getting the fancy Lane change animation that I've seen from others but simply a message that states lane change in process or something like.
- Lane Change Assist can help drivers move through traffic on the freeway with more confidence while using BlueCruise. The system will perform a hands-free lane change when requested by the driver tapping the turn signal, and it can even suggest if a lane change would be beneficial when following slow-moving traffic.
Yeah, only the 24's have shown that. Maybe we get it for our 22-23's later. Probably would require an IPC module update. One minor thing I noticed on my '22 is I on the Driver Assist page of the Drivers Gauge LED I am not getting the fancy Lane change animation that I've seen from others but simply a message that states lane change in process or something like.
It does seem to do the lane change as I would expect which is the much more important part!
Several people have reported getting the OTA without having the CSP done in advance, I'm holding of as well with fingers crossed that eventually I'll see the OTA post for BC-1.4Does it sound like the CSP parking sensor update is needed or no? I scrolled this thread, but did not see a definitive answer (sorry if I missed it). My dealer is super reluctant to do any software stuff /CSPs and not very knowledgeable about the lightnings. ‘23 Lariat - no CSP done - no update yet.
