Not sure if I need to be on your list or not since my truck hasn't been properly diagnosed or fixed yet. I got 'powertrain malfunction reduced power' message when trying to DC fast charge and I still can't charge. My issue may be something other than the battery pack but who knows, they have mis diagnosed it 2 times already. Here are my stats just in case.

Add me to the list. 2023 XLT SR power reduced to 53 and charging faults. Dropping off at Peoria Ford here in AZ tomorrow. Been on software update 10.1.1 for a month so no new updates that would have caused this.
Build Date 10/23, purchased 7/24. 6900 miles.

Just spoke with my service rep, the battery array is on back order (sigh). He didn't have the proper part ID to give me but he said they are on backorder until early Feb to Detroit and will be shipped to AZ then so probably will be in my loaner for 2 weeks which I pick up tomorrow. My dealer told me the part doesn’t come from Ford directly but a third party so they have no exact eta. Just guesses

Just got my Lightning back from having the (second) recently replaced module rebalanced. The dealer that replaced it couldn’t be bothered, so the new place had to tear the pack down again and hook it to the XMB. They had to drill out and re-tap 2 HVB cover bolts that the first dealer apparently over torqued.

Anyway…

Platinum trim (LR Battery)

After module 5 was replaced, I took it to another dealer because of failure to charge to 100%. They found a faulty coolant heater module that was throwing over-temp codes. I’m not 100% convinced the failed heater module isn’t the cause of the battery module unstable voltage. Others with these symptoms have stated their repair was only a coolant diverter valve, making me think these modules are very sensitive to temp and may either fail or think they failed when the temp gets out of range.

Day 11, Fri 17 Jan. Service department offers loaner gasoline vehicle, no fuel reimbursement offered
Day 18, Fri 24 Jan. Replacement battery module arrives
Day 23, Wed 29 Jan. (Projected) Service department expected completion of repair as of day 18

@Ford Motor Company - is this the experience you want your customers to have, 23 days without their new, still safely drivable vehicle? You could cut 22 days off this process by contacting customers with remotely validated anomalous voltages, order the replacement module, schedule the service with your approved service department once battery module arrives, and complete the warranty repair in a single day.
