I have a generic accordion folding shade from ages ago, works fairly well. What I need is a shade for the driver side window to keep my seat from getting hot. Thinking about this one:

Just a cheap foil one. I had the foldable one from ford/other brands and absolutely hated installing it and pulling it out, hitting my mirror and bending the thick cardboard inside it. I returned it and went back to foil. Also fits around Myfitcamx which the premade ones didn't. So i'm happy for $20.

I use a husky foldable one off Amazon and it's worked good. It, plus remote starting the truck, makes the heat much more manageable.

I also have a Heatshield and like it. They did a custom cut-out for a Ring Car Cam attached to the windshield. They are well known for making sunshades for aircraft.

I used points to purchase one from the ford accessories website, and have been pretty happy with it. I‘m not sure that had I not used points that I would have purchased it.

I bought the Proadsy one, and its not bad for what it is. I will try it out, and report back in a few days.

My proadsy was the first to show up.

Pros: fits ok in window, easy to fold, stores in center console, cheap

Cons: little flimsy, a little hard to fit around the mirror assembly, wish it had enough strength to stay up without the visors flipped down
