Just my opinion based on so many people reporting problems. One person on the Mach-E forum mentioned “problem with Ford APIs, but I don’t know what that’s based on, either.Do you have a diagnostic URL to see this or just an opinion based on our crowd sourced reports?
Review your connect vehicle consents in the truck Sync screen, all should be on.Not sure if my problem is the same, but over the past few days I have not been able to do a remote start, nor see an updated vehicle status with SoC. I have tried disconnecting LVB several times, and I do see the up/down arrow icon on my screen, but it's still not working. Does anyone know if this is a modem issue, or do I need to reinstall FordPass on my phone?

Do you have connectivity issues with your mobile device at home, how do you connect, cell or wifi ?While driving just now I had the app open on my phone, with Bluetooth disabled, and the SoC and range were updating in realtime with the truck. Seemed like everything was working. Then a little later while at home I tried to use the app to do a remote start, and no dice.
It's like connected services are working when the truck is ON, but not when the truck is OFF
Yeah but this worked fine up until a few days ago and I have not changed any of my consents since I first got the truck a year ago.I throw caution to the wind and let FoMoCo have all my data, not certain if your mix of consents are the sufficient or not.
