Remote start broken from FordPass

My app works, but it says last night it charged from 53% to 80% with 104 KW… ugh, I dont think so 😂

Just checked the app (because why not?) and it looks like it's working. Remote climate looks like it's working, and my SOC is correct as well. :)

I needed to force/stop and clear my cache to get the status information to update.
Let's see if the 12:50 pm departure event kicks off as scheduled..

Do you have a diagnostic URL to see this or just an opinion based on our crowd sourced reports?
Just my opinion based on so many people reporting problems. One person on the Mach-E forum mentioned “problem with Ford APIs, but I don’t know what that’s based on, either.

Not sure if my problem is the same, but over the past few days I have not been able to do a remote start, nor see an updated vehicle status with SoC. I have tried disconnecting LVB several times, and I do see the up/down arrow icon on my screen, but it's still not working. Does anyone know if this is a modem issue, or do I need to reinstall FordPass on my phone?

Review your connect vehicle consents in the truck Sync screen, all should be on.

I don't have them ALL turned on, but I think all the necessary ones are on, and I certainly haven't changed any. But please let me know if you think otherwise or if you have any other troubleshooting ideas.

I throw caution to the wind and let FoMoCo have all my data, not certain if your mix of consents are the sufficient or not.

While driving just now I had the app open on my phone, with Bluetooth disabled, and the SoC and range were updating in realtime with the truck. Seemed like everything was working. Then a little later while at home I tried to use the app to do a remote start, and no dice.

It's like connected services are working when the truck is ON, but not when the truck is OFF

Do you have connectivity issues with your mobile device at home, how do you connect, cell or wifi ?

Yeah but this worked fine up until a few days ago and I have not changed any of my consents since I first got the truck a year ago.

I think this might be related a similar issue I'm having - the Energy tab down at the bottom-middle of the app has disappeared and I've lost charging monitoring and start/stop options.

Took it to the dealer, they ran all the software updates and it did not fix the problem. I'm wondering if it started when I first used the Tesla charger.
