Yup, Ive called three times. The last time when I asked for the tracking number they came back and said it wasn't working. This is the email I received the second time:

We have received the escalation request for your order FAE:91003509. Upon further research, I see this order shows shipped as of 12/26. Due to the high demand and shipping times, we do allow 30 days for movement to occur. If you do not see any changes by 1/25, you will need to speak with our Battery Electrical Vehicle team for further assistance. I've included their contact information below.
The call I made went directly to the Ford Parts and Accessories order group.

Mine arrived on the 10th, but was covered in snow, so I didn't see it until today. My order # was FAE:900494xx. I'm looking forward to trying it out later today!

Hello all,

I posted a few days ago about getting the email my replacement adapter had shipped.

It arrived today and it is the more robust adapter that Ford custom built with Lectron. The whole unit it much heavier and the switches to unlock from charge port and the NACS adapter are very high quality - glad they sent me this and not the original design.

The container included an unused plastic shipping envelope with instructions and a prepaid label to ship back to Ford (interesting thing is the “From” address on the return label is Justin Bieber in Wellington, FL).

if that’s true then someone is playing a game. My return label had the return address blank. I filled in my name and address on it.

Received my replacement today and it is the Lectron/Ford one.
Original order FAE:90005819 delivered in June '24.

I received the replacement today. Delivery was delayed by one day. I also got the Lectron/Ford version. It seems to be good quality and I think it will be easier to grip when disconnecting the NACS cable.

Glad to have more charging options once again.

Just put mine in the box it came in with the cardboard inserts for now under the back storage.
My Ford-Lectron adapter arrived and looks pretty sturdy. It still fits in my Crown Royal bag, so no need for a new case.

Thank for the suggestion. I just ordered a Crown Royal bag on ebay.

What a Suck Up response!!

Why don’t you address those of us out here that got a defective Tesla/Ford adapter originally and then got passed over for replacement shipping. Now we are seeing folks that had higher order numbers receiving their replacements and we still have nothing.

I apologize if my previous post upset you and others that have posted on this forum/thread and haven't heard back/still don't have a working charger.

We are currently transitioning to a new process to better support our customers on forums like this, and as part of this transition, we are currently trying to review and monitor comments, messages, and mentions - and the one I responded to above was a notification that came up on most recently a few days ago on Tuesday. It is going to take some time for the transition to catch up to all the activity, but please know we are working to get to as many comments, messages, and mentions in the fastest way possible.

I also apologize to you and all those that do not yet have a working adapter. We know this can be really frustrating and this forum is a good way for me to try and help.

I am currently working on trying to get an official statement and update and I can share it to this thread.
