Software controlled range.

The truck is almost 2 years old.

Full range has always been 330 miles. Charging to 80% had been 263 +-

Now, I am guessing, some software update had changed the definition of max range. Charging to 80% is now about 235 or 295 for max range. .

Or, there are 10 battery modules which are about 33 miles per module, and one has just failed.

Isn't 300 miles the advertised max range of the large battery pack?

I would prefer to think that the software "gurus" decided that we should only have what we paid for, over the idea that a bunch of battery packs all died at the same time.

That 30 miles I just lost has become the 'reserve' tank from the old days?

If you had a failed module you would be seeing the system trouble messages related to the battery, BTW it has nine modules

Cooler conditions, even for Austin Texas will impact range, but 'it's possible FoMoCo revised the algorithm to its roots, which were very conservative and pessimistic at this time of year through out the 'cold' season.

At some point, maybe last 2022 or early 2023 we noticed a more optimistic projection, typically above 80% where imputed range was closer to the specification of 320 miles (excluding Platinum which is 300 miles)
