I appreciate the suggestion. I logged out of the FordPass app (for the first time probably!) and then re-signed back in. Regrettably, no change.

I acquired the A2Z adapter (which works well) but my Plug & Charge page is apparently awaiting for the "Tesla certificate" to be approved/activated. I've been waiting now for at least two weeks.

I use the Tesla app or the FordPass map to locate usable superchargers and use them. It would be a little more convenient to use Plug&Charge since I wouldn't have to identify which charger I'm using.

Anybody else have this issue with Plug&Charge?

I was in the same situation. What worked for me was turning off plug & charge then turning it back on again. Got a green check mark when it turned back on.

have tried turning off plug and charge, maybe exit ford pass then re-enabling plug & share.

just offering suggestion. Don’t know everything you’ve tried - other than the famous ford “be patient” methodolog.

No email yet, but I see a new package listed as "label created" in my Fedex Delivery Manager!

The programmatic email came in a few minutes ago, the Track Package blue button will take you to FEDEX, you will need to go into Advanced tracking to see the details

I can see a package coming from Dearborn in my FedEx app as well. Nice. Great to see that people deep into the thousands are getting an adapter earlier than expected. Happy charging everyone!
