I received the shipped notice from Ford but the Fedex link is not populated yet. I had a May expected date.

Same. I got the email from Ford on April 5, but the FedEx tracking info is still not populated. Order #7967. I wonder if they postponed my order, apparently shipping orders in the 7000s was a mixup?

Just got mine, weird thing is, I never got any notification from Ford that it had shipped or a deliver notification. I happened to look outside my front door and saw a box on the porch.

I get the initial no packages found error, but make sure you check this sequence of prompts.
If still no information, is it possible the address variation in your Fedex account does not match the characteristics of your address on Ford.com?
