I successfully received 6.8 almost immediately after I had the 12V battery sensor replaced.

I just got notification that My truck downloaded 6.2.0, 10 days ago then 4 days later another notification that I had a "updated" 6.2.0 down loaded. Whats up with that?
🤷‍♀️

I can’t imagine why that would help as turning off is only for the duration of while the truck is on. As soon as the truck starts again, headlights are on.
Agreed, there is no way headlights in auto interfered with an update. Show me the notice that said such a thing.

I'm guessing the original 6.2.0 had a minor bug that they let continue to deploy, then followed up with a fix to it in the update version. That saved them the time it's takes to consolidate the two as a clean version.

I suspect the faulty light switch issue that drained the 12V battery may have led to this misconception. Builds after November 23 should not have the potentially funky switch. My lights are always on “Auto” and I regularly get updates.
