I had my Gateway module replaced a couple weeks ago and haven't received any updates. Because of my lack of connectivity , I hadn't received any updates for few months prior to the gateway module replacement. I've had the same update screen since I got the truck back from the dealer and it says update not completed. I tried disconnecting the 12v battery to see if it would help, no luck. Any ideas? Is something definitely wrong? Should I just wait patiently?

Yes, waiting is painful but the only thing we can do short of investing in a bunch of equipment and licences to do our own updates, at some point the Ford Gods of OTA updates will cast down a task for your truck to install, you're not that far behind me, see my SIG below.

btw, I monitor all the update threads, lately it's been quiet across the board, I suspect Ford suspended releases for the holiday period to minimize issues and repair workload, hopefully they start rolling out again after the new year.

I'm usually patient but the "Not Completed" has been bothering me.

My truck had not had any updates and lost connectivity for about a month. Ford pass team tried helping me over the phone, unsuccessfully. Suggested gate module to be replaced. Took the truck to a dealer. They had it for a full day. No progress, but let me know that TCU needed to be replaced on my next appt. While waiting for that time (2 weeks), I tried disconnecting negative 12v, pulled fuses etc. All in vain. Then, needed to charge the battery to 100% SOC for a trip in the morning. Truck sat at that SOC for about 3 hours or so. Later on that day I decided to toggle truck's connectivity. The screen popped up a prompt to connect to Fordpass (!). Which I did successfully! Also noticed that 10.1.0 SW had just been installed. The original issue hasn't come back yet. Hope, it never will. I think (take this with a grain of salt) that 12v battery didn't have enough charge to complete the new SW install and that locked up the FORD PASS, until the battery reached proper charge level. Possibly having 100% SOC allowed the small battery reach the limit where OTA was allowed. Read somewhere in this forum that people had left the truck "on" overnight to force the update, after charging to 100% SOC.
