Check the 12v battery!
IMHO the 12v low voltage battery (LVB) is always guilty until proven innocent whenever you get a weird error message or loss of functionality.
Is your truck doing anything weird other than throwing out that message on the app? Is it also showing up on the dashboard?

I have the wrench on the dashboard and get a warning saying adaptive cruise is unavailable when activating (so not ACC or Blue cruise).
Maybe on 12v, but gonna have dealer look. They are decently close and wife is out of town so not dependant on the truck.

I had three of those before my roadside failure. Check the battery terminals and make sure they are tight. They are saying that’s what caused my issue.

Just had the same issue!! Had to limp home at 10mph with my hazards on! Did you get this fixed?
What is the result of Ford follow-up and status of your issue?

Thanks for responding, I disconnected the 12V system and made sure it was clean and tight and it cleared the notification. It is driving fine again. I will keep an eye on it and I am bringing it to the dealer today to run diagnostics.
