3$ a month for 3 years
How and when did you get that?
Seriously, this is what I've been waiting for. They're down to $4/month on their constant stream of spam to me. I wish I could reply and tell them to get to this offer, their wasting their money sending me mail otherwise.

Before I bought my lightning last year , I had took my dodge avenger in for service and they reactivated a 1 month trial then and ever since kept trying to get me to subscribe in the avenger with the 3$ a month for 3 years. When the truck xm trial ran out I called them and said if you give me the one your offering in the car for the truck I’ll sign up if not I’m good. I never drive the car no more so need for xm. So they did it so that’s how I have 3$ a month for 3 years. It’s 3.87 after tax.

I keep getting mail to activate a trial on my Volvo wagon since I had it in for service recently (VA state inspection). Problem is is that I already have a paid plan on my car and truck.

I would jump on the lifetime subscription for 200 smacks in a heartbeat.

I finally got the $4 / month (for the first year) offer from Sirius / XM. I once said I'd jump on it if I got an offer this low, but alas they waited and I started giving Apple even more of my money earlier this year for their Music.

Bottom line is if you are looking for a lower Sirius XM offer you might have one in the mail soon. For reference I've never paid for it on this truck ('22 Lariat). I previously paid for almost 10 years in a 2003.

zero, I'm not paying for their horrible audio quality for music, I only use Spotify premium for everything, including books, podcasts,, etc..

I've been an XM subscriber since a month or two after they launched service. Mostly had two radios subscribed (office and vehicle). I use it a lot - especially when traveling. No easy way to do streaming in my 21 year old truck so that has never been much of an option. I have never considered streaming to be great - unless you like buffering and dropouts. Likely more of an issue in the sticks than the big city. I do get to places that are miles out of any cell coverage a fair amount. The XM just works. I would not mind getting anywhere near the prices being mentioned in this thread however.

Just call them and tell them you want to cancel as recent price increases on things like groceries mean cutting back on luxury. Tell them you can only afford $5/mo for each of them. They'll cut you a deal for that price for a year. I can practically guarantee it.

Great thread. Was paying $9.17 for two vehicles. I goofed and didn't notice the end of the promotion and for two months got charged $18.77 Am chatting with an agent now to renegotiate, but it's ridiculous that I have to do this every year. I asked for the $.4.99 rate and am she just typed the best they can do is $6.99/vehicle and I replied to cancel both of my subscriptions. So I'm out but won't miss it. with all the streaming services from my phone satellite radio just makes very little sense any more.
