Please stop injecting common sense into this.Or just wait until the washer fluid stops coming out —then the whole gallon fits. I only seem to be able to use the fluid about 3-4 times before the low warning and the next use pretty much empties the tank. When I get the low warning I find a gas station and wash the window as I enter the parking lot—tank empty; problem solved.
And maintain the price for a gallon.Or, here is a thought. The windshield washer fluid manufactures can make a jug that contains 3/4 of a gallon.
Orange Rain-x.Which brand of washer fluid works best for you folks in the colder locations? It rarely gets into the teens here, but when it does the locally sold washer fluids just ice over the windshield.
Welp! This pretty much confirms @Ford Motor Company is a bot. Ford, hire a few more social media specialists. Sheesh!Hi there! Would you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership name and location? I’d like to look into this concern on my end.
Splash Ultimate is what I just bought. Says its good to -35.Which brand of washer fluid works best for you folks in the colder locations? It rarely gets into the teens here, but when it does the locally sold washer fluids just ice over the windshield.
Always Rain-X; having driven long-haul through a few freezing-fog events, and buying gallons every few truck stops, the Rain-X has consistently had significantly less windshield-freezing vs. anything else. I won't buy anything else now. Sadly Shell and Costco no longer stock it; Canadian Tire is hit-or-miss.Which brand of washer fluid works best for you folks in the colder locations? Don't ruin it for me. I got a very "personalized" PM from Ford which helps me sleep at night. In all seriousness, I am on my way to locate the refill area for washer fluid.Welp! This pretty much confirms @Ford Motor Company is a bot. Ford, hire a few more social media specialists. Sheesh!
Yeah, this is the one. There’s a purple one as well, can’t recall the brand, but I always get the -30F rated stuff. And it’s best to top it off before taking a vehicle in for service because they’ll always top it off with the other cheap stuff that freezes around 15 degrees or so. I know some places like Costco no longer carry Rain-X brand. I get it at WalMart and Home Depot just fine.Orange Rain-x.
Either a bot or some intern that knows little to nothing about cars/trucks. That’s been my impression for some time now.Welp! This pretty much confirms @Ford Motor Company is a bot. Ford, hire a few more social media specialists. Sheesh!
