Embargoes do not apply to traffic already on the system. If you were on Ramp 59, your truck would be embargoed from entering the BNSF system. The reason for the embargo is congestion, including the rail yard your truck is sitting in. They can't eliminate congestion without moving the traffic during the embargo period.

Here is the new status on my merry go round truck that I have been waiting for. Per regional manager, he states that the visibility report is not accurate and my truck's last truck status that he can see is on 6/19 - Plant Quality. It left Mesquite on 6/18, so definitely was trailered back up to Michigan since it couldn't arrive that quickly by train. The ETA established on 6/19 was for delivery 7/01, but he thinks that could change. This info was dated 6/24 that he got. He also said that he will get a new freight verify report tomorrow, and it should contain any changes to my truck on it.

If the truck did indeed get the QC issues fixed on 6/19, maybe it is already on the road part of the way down here and it will come by 7/01. That would be great and just in time for the long weekend coming up. Hopefully tomorrow I will have a better status once the regional manager gets the update.

Would be curious to see a chart that shows average delivery time from blend date. 0-14 days, 15-30 days, 31-45 days, 46-60 days, and over 60 days.

You mostly hear about the fastest and slowest deliveries on here, would be interesting to see our stats in an easily digestible pie chart.
