Now we'd like to see the intricate Christmas light setup though...I ended up going outside because during the month of December , I do a very intricate Christmas light setup that precludes me from opening the garage doors. Took my local electrician 1.5 hours.

Agree. But this is PVC and some liquidtight.If it‘s IMC, 2 #3s are fine in 3/4.
I haven’t seen many public chargers inside. A few in open parking garages but all the rest out in the elements.You can get a box on pole to put evse in and it might help with ice and snow.
