I check this forum far more often than I care to admit, so of course I went to reconfirm my tear tag and….it is gone. Let’s hope it is a minor Halloween hiccup as I’ve got a killer interest rate, tax credit, and our collective PCO’s (they expire 1/2/23) at stake here. Let’s hope we haven’t fallen into the early August build week quicksand!

Just talked to Ford chat. I don't have a tear tag, yet, but here's what they just told me:

I show your F-150 is in production and has been produced. The ETA is November 8th-November 14th.

That seems REALLY soon, so I'm trying not to get too excited haha. Mostly I just want it to get here before the end of the year so I can get the full tax credit!

Do they normally give a range of dates like that or a single date?

Oh, and FWIW, I'm in FL, but my dealer is in Iowa, so that's a shorter distance from the Rouge.

You're picking up your vehicle in Iowa? Or maybe they're shipping it to you? Must really like the truck if you're going to drive home with it

Yeah, it's WELL worth the amount of money I saved vs the BS that some of the local Florida dealers pull. Most local dealers have $1200 dealer fees (for what? No one knows), and on top of that $2k of stupid mandatory crap like nitrogen in the tires and whatever.

I'm planning to drive it back. It sounds like an adventure to me, but I'll probably ask them for a shipping quote just to compare.

I don't see mine on the list but I did submit it to the tracker... I think. Unless there are multiple trackers? I'm 11/7 build.

It can take up to a week+ for the forum ADMIN to post new records to the official forum tracker, hopefully you will see your record next week.

Yep! I’m with Granger, as well! Hopefully we’ll run into each other [figuratively] there before the end of the year!

Who have you been talking to, there? The person who contacted me most recently (to do paperwork after the order) seemed unaware of the price protection and Private offer stuff. I think she’s just the wrong person to talk to.

I don’t know if it’s *actually* the same person or they just use a few fake names or something, but my chat person’s name was Megan, also.

Hard to believe the trucks could be at the dealer in ~2 weeks!?

Hey 10/24 Build Groupers,

Based on the member data I've collected thus far, everyone should have an In Production Date. I'm seeing a very strong trend for your build week that In Production happens the same day as your Blend Date. For the previous 10/17 build week, we were seeing anywhere from same day to 3 days. I love seeing Ford tightening up their process. Let's hope this trend continues with next week's 10/31 group.
