Fordpass disconnected / unable to set up phone as key

Used my truck today and put it on the charger this afternoon. I pulled up Fordpass a little while later and noticed that it was showing yesterday's information.
Tried removing charge locations (based on something I found here), then deled and reinstalled Fordpass app.

Still shows yesterday's information./won't reconnect.

Did you have phone as a key before and lost it or never was able to set it up?

Had it before and it was lost… but the larger issue is that my phone no longer tells me the truck’s charge level, etc…

This comes up time after time after time.

Is FordPass not responding / updating to current status of vehicle?

If yes, then Look at the calendar. Is it the weekend?

If yes, then Wait until midday on Monday and check again.

Ford's servers seem to go to hell on weekends.

Another couple steps to take when the FordPass seems to not be receiving updates:

1) Using a laptop, desktop or pad device, log on to FORD.COM to confirm your credentials were not locked out, If you can log in and see account and vehicle details move to step 2, but if not it's rare but has happened to me a few folks who got sanctioned for using third party data gathering sites, if you are locked out of FORD.COM contact the toll free line and ask for a FORDPASS support ticket to be created regard account lock out.

2) Send a lock/unlock command, then try the pull down to refresh again, this works most of the time for me.

3) If the above fails, open the app control panel, force stop and clear the temporary cache, but DO NOT clear the credentials or that will screw up your connections and PAAK configuration, requiring a re-pairing. The force stop and cache clearing resolve the issue.
