Yup, many are finding this alert, even many of the new builds still sitting at the factory waiting to be shipped.

BTW, easy method for looking up your CSP's using Fordpass, click Service, then Custom Satisfaction Program tile, it will show an overview, then click it to see the details.

It's interesting that I don't have that button in my Fordpass, Android v 4.30.1. But I have the rest of the ones that show here.

Don't have it either. I've got the same 7 icons on iOS. I have the CSP listed in my account through a web browser however. Closed and restarted the app, still nothing. So it isn't just Android, as usual, its Ford.

Well all this talk of battery module issues and failures had me concerned so I rechecked my battery stats live data from the BECM via my OBDII dongle and it would appear that my battery is still healthy as a horse.

Any of you guys have an OBDII dongle and wanna compare data?

@MickeyAO I'd be curious to hear any thoughts you might have, or your opinion on what to look out for, for those of us whose Lightnings are subject to the CSP, but haven't had any issues yet.

This. I just got my Pro this past Saturday and now I see this CSP in my FordPass app. If there is anything I should proactively do then I want to get it taken care of asap. Truck has been flawless so far - the whopping 5 days I’ve had it.

I wonder if the BECM, Battery Energy Control Module, software update will allow for a wider range of Voltage variance? This might keep a few trucks out of the shop until after the 8 year warranty! How critical is it that all the battery cells in all the battery modules are perfectly charging? Maybe no one would notice one or two or ? cells gone bad, like bad pixels on a high definition screen?

Interesting. Neither of our trucks show that in the APP. I did have both Trucks updated per the CSP today but they still show in FORD.com til its proceessed but nothing in the app.

No warning before my HVB failed mid August. All was well for 4 months and 5k miles and then it wasn’t.

Yes, when I went to the vin search site that someone posted, I have the CSP.

I will post mine later today, but I wanted to ask you how many fast charging sessions have you had?

Dang same for me too. I took delivery of my 2023 January of this year. I was hoping to hold off until 10k dealer visit also. Ugh

You can still holdoff until then. Nothing says you have to take it in now.
