I'm struggling to get this one to install, LVB has been low today, spent time driving and standstill charging, etc. she just won't get above 55% at the moment, earlier is was in the low 40's!

Tomorrow I'll give the LVB BMS a reset and continue with charging.

If this LVB turns out to be bad, I'm going in for my tailgate light bar replacement 12/26, I'll have them evaluate the condition of the LVB, maybe get a warranty replacement???

I wouldn’t do a reset if the battery isn’t fully charged and failing. See MachLee comments here for my similar case.

My 6.8 continues to fail after 2 weeks and 12v SOC often above 85%. Taking it to dealer tomorrow for free battery test.

My install happened at 1AM and it appears it went smoothly. It possibly tried last night during the same window, at least it should have. I have been sick for the last few days, so I haven’t really gone outside.

It improved overnight with the top off charging to 85% on the HVB, got me to 82% on the LVB.
Install still rescheduled to next try, what is funny is I don't get an alert of failure, just we'll retry!

Yes that message is the new norm it appears. No longer do I get a post in my Account messages. Instead just a vehicle alert. The only thing that changes is the date. And lots of nag screens when starting and stopping the truck that update failed and that another attempt is scheduled.

Mine finally updated last night after at least 13 days of attempts. I did the slow charge method. Set my Emporia to charge at 24 amps and started about 9:00 pm. It was scheduled to finish charging at 2:11 and the update was scheduled for 2:00 am. 12v was about 88% when I started the AC charge session. I’m sure it went up from there but it is only at 89% this morning.

Still plan to take it in this morning for LVB check.
Update, got back from QuickLane. They checked LVB with their tester. Took a second to find out it's rating (380 CCA, AGM) but test showed good - it delivered 488 CCA.

EDIT 2: It reset my radio presets AGAIN. Will let them know in the survey I got. I thought this was fixed with 23-PU0110-RAD-PS.

Mine successfully installed first shot, my LV battery was at about 86% when I checked it on the ford website prior to starting install. It gave me the battery %, and moved the speed limit indicator to the middle of the readout. Those were the only things I noticed. Glad to get the battery percentage!

Just checked charge level of 12v. It is at 43%. Is that too low to do an update?

Mine successfully installed however i get the occassional warning light below in the dashboard. Anybody knows what that is? It goes and comes back…

Pre Collision Assist is off or unavailable, begin reading about this feature on or around page 312 (MY22 manual)

Installed 6.8.0 no issues. I'm grateful to have the dash display the battery percentage now. Thanks @Ford Motor Company !

I have had 6.8.0 fail a couple of times for me. Low LVB and somehow draining despite limited use. Will charge up the LVB and give it another attempt.

I got the LVB up to 95%, but install still failing due to "Interruption by another process"
I give up, it'll happen whenever she's ready to do it.

Have you tried to manually update using the update now option?
