That‘s what they mean by quicker access.

True, the old FP was cantankerous getting data updates and system refreshes, so far I like the responsiveness of the new app, but we could benefit from an a-z overview video calling out the relocation of key elements.

BTW, I updated my earlier posts , 26, 32 with correction of flawed initial observations.

I would REALLY love to see Ford port over the charging data record to the FCSP charge station database if it is indeed a new set-up, that might be possible assuming day 1 of the transition was getting us using the new app, then follow-up with historical data transfers.

Maybe news that updates are rolling again, however that for-up-2 update first installed back on March 18 for me and I think I was late getting that particular one.

Yeah, I just saw that. I had it eight weeks ago but never installed it. Odd that I just got prompted now to install again.

If memory serves (and it sometimes does not) the earlier version didn’t. Did it?

Me too. For me it was the second time I got it and second time it failed.

If you go to Location and click Directions it lets you plan in your choice of Apple, Google, or Waze. I haven’t experimented yet to see if it will pass the plan over to Ford nav so I don’t know what that means for preconditioning. I usually use one of those anyway so this is actually an improvement.

When I do it it seems to just initiate a route to bring me back to my truck.

Good memory. Energy had one decimal but rate did not. Screenshot of FP4:

May want to double check your target charge limit tonight with the new app. Plugged my truck in and it says it is charging to 100%. My home target limit is 85%.

On the Energy tab of new app it says you can adjust the limit at any time. It show 100%. I try to adjust it lower and just get a "busy bar" moving back and forth like it is talking to the truck. After a minute or so it just times out and stays at 100%.

Note, I did not wait until my TOU regular charge time. I hit the Charge Now button on the app to see how it worked. Maybe that has something to do with the 100% level.

They are ....... Only have This mornings data under the new system
This data record is a combination of the charging event data we wouldn't see for 12+18 hours after unplugging, as previously found under [Vehicle > Charging Data]

The [Account > Charge Station > Insights was not ported to the new app] See post 30 for hack to get to the FCSP control panel.

I have my FCSP data back to April 9th…

Yes, a quick tutorial video of the new look and features from Ford would be nice to drop for all of us that are a little confused about where some features are and how to work them in the app.

There are two distinct types of records in the old system, just want to make sure we're eye2eye

These records I would have deleted daily on the old system because they were useless w/o the KWH data, new version shown now has the KWH.

Useful, but still stand alone incident records not further analyzed by the report.
This is the data report that I'm disappointed in losing!

I bet you haven't downloaded 5.0.0 yet. My wife's phone hasn't and she can revert back to the old app.
