I received this update on ~4/22 and no more updates since then. I now regularly record messages that the poor OTA process and communications are hurting their customer loyalty. Not sure what your last update was, but I think they're catching some of us up. I received 6.2 re-release on 5/23 (23-PU1103-NAT-VCE) So now I can record voice messages for Ford to ignore about how terrible their OTA process is and how dumb it is that my remote climate turns off when I put stuff in the frunk. But it's something like progress.
If you've never gotten an update, there is really no way to tell. All you can do is check the "about sync" screen to see what version of Sync you're on to get an idea of where you stand. This may be a dumb question, but if you've never received an OTA update, and therefore never received a notice with version numbers, how do you know what version you are on? I haven't found it.
Mine is looking good.Is everyone checking their Low Voltage Battery at www.ford.com/myaccount ? Most updates require LVB SOC to be above 90% and others require above 95% to download and apply.
I do. I check mine almost daily. The lowest LVB charge level I have ever seen is in the 80's though. Even then I will plug up to a level 1 charger to keep the LVB topped off and ready for any udpates that happen to come my way.Is everyone checking their Low Voltage Battery at www.ford.com/myaccount ?
