I've owned several vehicles with moonroofs. All of them, including my 2011 F-150, would allow me to slightly open the roof and close the shade except for the last inch or so. When parked on a hot day, this allowed some of the heat buildup to vent out the roof while keeping the interior mostly shaded.
The Lightning doesn't seem to allow this. It insists on closing the roof if I try to close the shade to anything other than full open. Has anyone figured out a way to slightly open the roof while keeping the shade mostly closed?
