Since this is an APIM update (and the first since November 2023), I wonder if it will finally clear Recall 23C38/23V801 (link) I have had on my truck since December 2023. This was supposed to be fixed with an OTA per the recall notice (and was for me - see Background below).

Does everyone else still show Recall 23C38/23V801 in their Ford Account?

Background:
This was the issue where an update in Oct 2023 (6.3/Sync 23237) allowed you to keep drive modes between on-off cycles. Many liked this because one could keep Sport mode on all the time. But it also allowed Tow mode to stay on which disables Electronic Stability Control, a no-no per the government. So they released the fix in Nov 2023 (23-PU1103-NAT-VCE/ "6.2 re-release" /Sync 23291)

I got both updates and so was surprised to get the recall also. My truck does not have the "risky" behavior. The APIM update today was the first APIM update since the recall was announced (even though the Nov 2023 APIM update fixed it).

Just checked my app, nothing there. Time to go on a drive lol
Does driving help with updates? I felt like I was left out, living in west Tennessee Due to population and rollout. I’m still on 6.1

Only if your driveway has no WiFi and very bad AT&T cell coverage. Otherwise just update in your driveway (mine updated while "idling" in the garage using quite a bit of WiFi data).

Starting the truck allows it to check in and begin a download if there is one waiting. Accessory mode won't cut it.

And now that the cat's out of the bag, has anyone gotten this update OTA and are NOT in the Early Access Program? The reason I ask is I just got an EA survey. I'm thinking the survey is EA but not the OTA 🤷‍♂️.
I'm EAP and got this today, along with the survey email. Seems like it's a public update though.

So my wifi extender in the garage may just be janky or out of range. Time to get to it.

Got this today, 6.14.0, new icons in the upper left, AM selection on radio page (this does not work at least for me). Charger search works pretty good, haven't had time to see if status is correct or not. I have not checked all the changes yet.

Does anyone else think the new icons look like somebody drew them with a magic marker? :)
I also got the AM radio tab added today and mine also doesn’t work. When I select it, it does nothing.

Has anyone received the “walk away lock” update yet? This is the first update I receive since April and I’m in the early access program.

I've been stuck on 6.1 myself since it installed July 13th. 6.1 came out like a year ago. Coming from a Tesla, Ford's OTA update system is sooo bad.

Mine started downloading while I was doing the APIM update in FDRS at the USB stick stage. I am in EAP as well. I noticed the "X" button is back after hitting the camera button while driving at higher speeds. That bug is fixed apparently with this update, but my 360 view still has a black box around it instead of filling up the box all the way.

Got it last night on the first attempt. May '22 build Lariat ER. Seems like a nice update. Two less buttons to press to get to 1PD toggle.
