“Your vehicle has an open service action that needs your attention”

I got a message in FordPass today giving me this message but when I clicked the link it showed no active CSP or recalls for my VIN. I called Ford and they didn’t know either.

Could this be an unpublished update like that 24P24 frunk thing? I really wish they would be more descriptive in their messages.

I have a CSP 24B56 to do when I get a chance, but I do not get that "Open Service Action" message in FordPass.

I got a message about the CSP in the USPO mail AND via email, but not in FordPass as far as I can remember anyway.

Could be more server indigestion, stalled notification queue that was revived.

Got the same message yesterday at 1:30 pm Eastern, Ford Pass said I had nothing pending, called the local dealer, they looked up my VIN and said there was nothing outstanding.
