I had a power train warning and charge reduction. My local ford dealership is not yet EV certified but the next county over did.
Has anyone else had to get cells replaced? How many and what was the timeframe you faced?

I’m lucky that the dealership had a loaner. But man, I forgot about gas and its cost.

Those who have had cell replacements, did you have any other go out? I have a 23 Lariat ER

Just got mine back. 2022 with 28k miles. Took two weeks. The biggest delay was the mechanic could not get the battery to take a charge after the new cell was added. I believe he called Ford for assistance.

Read through the threads on this section of the forum, several folks have had bad modules.

Yes, multiple bad cells has happened. One person has suffered 4 times.
See this thread below of over 700 comments and my spreadsheet in my signature to get an idea of the PM/RP problem, still going on, if one has a bad cell in any of the 9 modules (containers) containing 96 cells overall (8x11cells(mod#1-8) + 1x8cells(mod#9)). And it seems each "cell" are made up of 4 or 5 connected sub-cells (pouches?) depending on whether the truck has an SR or ER battery.

From what I’ve read about this issue (it’s the thing I fear most) it seems somewhere in the neighborhood of 3-4% of lightnings could have this issue. I have no data to back this up though, only Ford would. There’s a nice video on YouTube that shows how the module is diagnosed as bad, how it is replaced and rebalanced with the pack and put back together.
