FWIW, you almost certainly now have the software to activate the latest BlueCruise version. There are a few settings changes you need to make in ForScan. If you do a little searching around on the forum you should be able to find what you need.
Do you know if these module updates are SOP when dealers perform the Parking Sensor recall?

Thanks for the feedback, but I'm nearly 100% certain I remember the fan speed ramping up/down with drastic changes in the temperature setpoint when in "Auto" mode. Certainly enough that you can hear the difference. Now it doesn't do that.
Mine now works as expected. It is not substantial when interior temperature is near set temperature, but in Texas when it was 100+ outside and hotter in the car, my high was blowing less than the mid and about the same as low. It now is much better after module updates.

I know I had to explicitely ask them to update all of them as I had heard they do not. I really think it is dealer specific as with most things with the truck.

It is my understanding the update that "fixes" the front parking sensor also update BlueCruise. In other words, if the dealership does the CSP your truck is capable of the new BlueCruise.

After the CSP I noticed a new message when I entered a mapped highway. After a little research and some ForScan changes my entire drive to work is hands free including lane changes.

Thanks for confirming I'm not crazy. I was in VT this past weekend, and during the 30 degree morning the heat was barely seeping out of the vents in 'auto' mode with the interior cabin cold (didn't matter whether it was auto-1, -2, or -3).

It goes back to the dealer on Wednesday to fix the shrunken 360 camera view that seems relatively common after the CSP. I'll ask that they update all modules to the latest available version. I got a road trip coming up and it would be a great opportunity to try out the new BlueCruise.

You should already be able to get updated BlueCruise but you'll need to make some changes using ForScan. You can also fix the 360 camera with ForScan. As far as I know, the dealer can't make the changes to get all of the BlueCruise features.

This truck reminds me of my first couple smart phones. They worked fine but there were features the manufacturers or service provider locked out but could be activated by "jailbreaking."

has anyone else had issues with the tone on the truck changing everytime you get in? Meaning, one time if feels like a 1990s truck, others it sounds like a modern warning sound. It changes for parking sensors, startup tone, etc.

That has something to do with the Sync system not properly booting. I know the phenomenon you're referring to, but as you discovered it's very difficult to describe to others.

It's like the sound just decides to change tone and come out of a different port.

I think many of us have experienced this.

I figured as much. I had this happen 1-2 times prior to getting all of my modules updated, now it happens >50% of the time. I am trying to coorelate if I hear the popping sound from the interior or not when this happens. Setting up time for my dealer after Thanksgiving. Its always easier to tell them "this is how others addressed it" otherwise, they spin their wheels.

Sometimes I hate that I know more than the dealers do about my truck.

My Dealer screwed up my 360 camera with the latest parking sensor CSP. I sent them detailed info on how to correct it, and they basically ignored me. The Service Manager even suggested I was asking them to rollback the CSP, "Which I can't do because that's illegal".

lol. Guess they can't read because the process is clearly in the notice for the CSP on what they're supposed to do.

I have this problem with heat as well. It takes forever to warm up the truck, and the auto modes do nothing.
