I get about $40,400 for the ER battery module parts from this list (1 of part #1 + 8 of part #2). I also got an unofficial estimate from a Ford dealership at about $49,000 for a total ER battery pack replacement.SR modules

Right, the top of the list on that URL shows complete pack cost, but it's more likely we'll experience one or so module failures not all nine of them.I get about $40,400 for the ER battery module parts from this list (1 of part #1 + 8 of part #2). Yes, 2022's more likely, 2023's somewhat, but disturbing to see 2024's show up. It seems that @Ford Motor Company quality control has not got the message yet. Somehow warranty costs are being absorbed by the shareholders.module failures mainly been 2022s?
Do you know what happens to the old module? I assume there is only one cell that is bad and someone will refurbish it and it will make it back into another lightning. Can you take your old module with you, replace the bad cell and keep it for the next failure?Right, the top of the list on that URL shows complete pack cost, but it's more likely we'll experience one or so module failures not all nine of them.
I don't know for certain, as in official policy.Do you know what happens to the old module? I agree. Seeing some 2024s there certainly is concerning.Yes, 2022's more likely, 2023's somewhat, but disturbing to see 2024's show up. It seems that @Ford Motor Company quality control has not got the message yet. Somehow warranty costs are being absorbed by the shareholders.
Is module 6 smaller than others?Just picked up my truck a few days ago after 22-days at the dealership for replacement of battery module #6. My invoice listed the repair cost total at just over $4,000. About half of that was the battery module.
#9 is the small unit, #6 is a large unit.Is module 6 smaller than others?
I could live with $4K in 200K miles. I would keep it even with 40% drop in range.#9 is the small unit, #6 is a large unit.

This number may be meaningless since it is warranty work paid by Corporate.I could live with $4K
