Well my pristine 22 Silver Blue Metallic Lariat @ 28,000 miles is severely damaged.
In the fast lane and following a truck in front of me, he whipped out of the lane exposing a slow moving highway safety truck in the lane. I swerved right, the safety truck swerved left, and we met at the corner of his flatbed and my front fender. This resulted in scraping the fender and charge door, tearing away the mirror with mount, and door handle, then ripping a 8" wide strip along the driver and passenger door, crushing the C pillar (maximum impact at this point), and the bed all the way to the taillight.
The rear wheel well is really high off the tire, and I think the rear suspension might be bent as that tire heated up and it felt like I was crabbing (a bit) as I drove 30 minutes to our thanksgiving destination. Everything else seems fine.
Can the C Pillar be repaired, and if so does the rest of the damage (Fender, charge port door, mirror and mount, drivers door skin and handle, entire passenger door and window, side of bed, toe-link, control arm, shock, taillight) likely to result in it being totaled?
Can anyone recommend a quality body shop in or around North Seattle?
