Charge Station Pro Problems

Good news, I was able to get the CSP (which, again, is outdoors, 50 yards from the house) to connect to the house's Wi-Fi. So my installation is complete. Thank you for all the help many of you provided. Unfortunatly, I have no idea why it worked today (when it did not work three days ago. P.S., I expected I would have to set up a hotspot to get Wi-Fi to the CSP. I was going to use the free trial Wi-FI provided by Ford. Someone suggested I just set up a hotspot with my cell phone. Turns out the installation process tells you not to do this. But I didn't need to, as the CSP connected to the house's wifeFi

I hope Ford's Darren is correct on the 10 F additional margin fixing issue. Some cooler Northeast customers reported the issue as well. Sounds like they are committed to figuring it out which is great. Glad to hear they appreciate the feedback they get from social media and use that info real time to understand customer problems.

Now if the marketing, and dealer groups of Ford could be as responsible as the technology group! However, beginning to think this is a lost cause for Ford, the job seems to end there with meeting a target number.

Got an email from Ford yesterday saying a new OTA update would be hitting the CSP between 2am-3am today, but I don't see any changes in the version number this morning .

I have confirmed the OTA will be dropping tonight between 2-3AM. It is only being downloaded on the charger not the vehicle. Please make sure that the charger is connected to wifi. If the vehicle is charging during the time the update is trying to run, the charger will complete the charge on the vehicle and then the update will run. After the update is completed you should be able to put the amperage back to what it was. I will touch base with your Friday to see how everything is going with your charger.

No change for me. The interviews posted earlier in the week suggested they're 1-2 weeks out yet for the patch.

Ah, see, once you disconnect it from your house and bring it in to your dealership they will assure you that yes indeed it is infact meant to be hardwired to your house.

Ok I got the OTA update last night and now it fails every time I try to set the amperage back to 80.

What version number did you update to on the CSP @bg226 ? Mine is still showing EVSE Software Version
2.112.64:0.0:0.0:0.0:0.0. . @Ford Motor Company can I also have this new update please?
