Thanks, but I don’t have that option in the app, and nothing shows shows up on the webpage.
is that because this CSP is not yet applied to my truck?

I do have one of the part numbers.

I too no longer see the CSP block on the Service page within FordPass App.

I’m running 4.32.0. Is this me (and few others) or has something changed recently?

I got the BMS CSP. This might explain why no updates have been pushed to my truck. Not to see if my "non-EV certified" dealer can replace it on Friday? hope I can call them to order the part.

I too no longer see the CSP block on the Service page within FordPass App.

The tiles are [DYNAMIC] if all issues are resolved the tile goes away, this happened after my wiper motor & light bar recalls were completed, about a week later the Recall tile also disappeared, checking the WEB page version, they are no longer listed.

OTOH, my CSP tile is still active though the BECM update has been done, and now the LVB BMS matter as well.

I should have been clearer, the Fordpass tiles come and go, but the FORD.COM links are always visible for Recalls and CSP's even if there is no open issue, as is the case for me under recalls, but my BECM was addressed already but it remains as an open issue under CSP's that others say will be visible for a year past service date.

It's funny how not until this post comes out have I had any issues with my LVB. Yesterday I got a notification about a drain on my LVB and needed to plug into charge. Low and behold my BMS is one that needs to be replaced.

What is the highest SOC for 12V have you guys seen through a scanner recently? I don't seem to be able break 80% but I don't do long drives and my charging sessions are only 20% for high voltage battery.

Also do you know what the voltage at cigarette lighter or battery has been for the SOC you measured? or do you have a chart for our battery that translate cigarette lighter voltage to SOC accurately?

I have been monitoring FORD.com for my LVB twice a day since Dec 26th. Highest has been 98%, lowest 86%, most are around 90%. I have received the CSP notice too. I have had long drives, short drives, 1 DCFC, mostly 240V AC charges.

I got a notification this morning to schedule service for this issue. Have to wait 2 1/2 weeks.

Does this issue prevent me from getting OTA updates? So far I haven’t received any OTA Updates and I’ve had the truck 6 months.
