CSP 25B14 Credit for Forward Sensing System Delete

Has anybody seen this CSP?

I was just browsing around the FordPass app and noticed that on my Service Schedule, the Customer Satisfaction Programs has a notification on it.

Not aware of this one. Definitely a new CSP since it starts with 25.
Not too sure what it means though. Are you getting some reward points?

There is a pretty big thread on the cause but this is the first I've seen of a possible resolution. Basically the Forward Sensing System was listed on the Window Sticker but was not actually installed. It was a delete that Ford didn't disclose. IIRC some got the dealer to install and activate the sensors.

There was a note in the Order Guide about the delete but it didn't make it on the sticker. The delete only applied to 2024+ XLT's and Pros with the Tow Tech package.

They had to delete the heated steering on my 23 Lariat but were able to install it after the fact. I guess they are removing the forward sensors on the lower trims going uh forward.

I received the same CSP notification yesterday. I called one of the local dealerships and they said it was for sending me a brand new window sticker that doesn't reflect the forward sensors. This doesn't seem right. If anyone else gets a different response please let us know!

I just noticed this as well. I wonder what the "credit reimbursement" means.

I also went on ford live chat yesterday and they referred me to the dealer and couldn't provide me with any information as to a credit.

I called my dealer to ask about this, they had me make an appointment for this morning. I get there and first thing I'm told they looked into it and Ford will apparently be mailing a form where I can request reimbursement.

They are doing the module updates for TSB 25-2048, so not a total waste of a trip.
