Fordpass has stop receiving from the truck

Yesterday I pulling in from work and plugged in like every other day and a couple of hours later I looked at my ford pass to see the charge level and it did not show charging and was at 67% 239km. I went out and the truck was plugged in and the lights next to the plug showed mostly charged. I unplugged and plugged in again and still nothing on ford pass. I left it. I normally chrarge to 90%. I started it up today and it charged to 100% but still no movement or connection to ford pass and still 67% other than showing parked. I have not received an update on the truck since the 18th and everything was fine past that. I logged on to the ford web site and the truck show 87% charged and 238km range , wrong as well. When I drove to another location it still show the truck at home.

Any ideas on what I should do?
The truck seems to have reset. All of a sudden I received a bunch of notifications from the FordPass app that I was disconnected and now it made me reconnect the truck and looks like it’s working.

Those of you in Canada: I have seen some news about AT&T cellular outages up there. This could be what is causing issues for you guys.

Also, be aware that the 87% you see on your vehicle account at Ford.com is for the low voltage [12v] battery not the[High Voltage Battery] aka HVB

LVB ? You'd think they'd label the display. I just sent a BETA report with what appeared to be a discrepancy between FordPass showing 84% & Ford.com showing 99%

Having same issue started last night, in Cda with a 23 Lariat - we have two xlt's they are fine (all visible in same FordPass).

Truck shows no connectivity so the AT&T makes sense.

Weird part is that it was set up and was gone I have reset it up. I have gone and reset it up thanks
Maybe some over-the-air update reset it, or the Fordpass app did that?
I was worried mine Home settings might have changed so I checked them before the last charging and they were the same.

That kind of sheet happens to me all the time with computers-without-wheels, changed settings, but with a desktop I can make a system image and just reinstall from that if things go astray.
That happened a lot when Win 10 first rolled out!

AT&T cellular vacuums with a capital "S" around here, spotty signal and sometimes it must be overloaded because no connection, in my garage is a dead zone for AT&T but not for Verizon or my wifi for MOST devices - the FCSP is the exception, won't pick up the wifi...but I can live without that.

My 2012 Leaf used to connect when I first got it in Dec. 2011, then AT&T changed and dropped 2G and then 3G...but again, I can live without it.

I noticed this seemed to happen to me after the recent OTA in Jun 13 - ECG-24.2.4.9.

I used the built in function in the center stack to send a bug report to the Always On Team at Ford. They are checking to see if the OTA may have caused issues with the gateway module.

I will update when I know more.

Truck is updating FordPass now, and shows as just received the 24.2.4.9 update - which bullet 2 impacts receive/transmit. Likely something in that update/reset/reload process.

Issue with the AT&T theory is how about when you’re connected to your home WiFi? I had this problem even at home on the WiFi. From my understanding is if your truck is connected to the WiFi it won’t use the AT&T.

The country code in your TCU is wrong. If you have FORScan, you can fix it.
Thank you for that information. I don’t have ForScan, but I will ask the dealer to look into this for me.

Because you posted your VIN before and I pulled the as built data from your truck to check this. The dealer is not going to know what you're talking about, but you can take that route if you want.

I received the same ECG-24.2.4.9 update on June 21st and since then the App & CSP have not been apple to connect.

I had those same problems off and on for a year… Dealer replaced the TCU …. And it’s been working perfectly for me ever since …. Not sure why all of a sudden you’re having problems but…. Just something to think about…

Done, no change.
Many of us have intermittent modem connectivity issues. I haven't been able to resolve it myself. Connectivity will go out for hours or days at a time; then it comes back and works fine.
