I'll message you.Yes. It is suppose to be fuller like it was prior to the 24b56.
I just did the FORScan fix under 7D0-01-04
It is fixed.
I think I am 100% except BC 1.4

You are dead right. I have no idea why that tool thought your truck had a 12" screen. Glad you went with Plan B to fix it.Yes. It is suppose to be fuller like it was prior to the 24b56.

You've already got the "-BBC" IPMA rev. What else are you looking for?I think I am 100% except BC 1.4
The FORScan changes so it'll actually work. Interesting to see how Ford is going to handle the trucks that get BBC via FDRS and not OTA to enable the config for lane change etc to work. You've already got the "-BBC" IPMA rev. What else are you looking for?
The lane change stuff is part of BC 1.4 I thought. I have not changed anything in FORScan except the values to update the 360 size. I was driving today and Blue Cruise seemed just like it use toYou've already got the "-BBC" IPMA rev. What else are you looking for?
Did you try a hands-free lane change using the turn signal? The lane change stuff is part of BC 1.4 I thought. I have not changed anything in FORScan except the values to update the 360 size. I was driving today and Blue Cruise seemed just like it use to
Javier, are you saying that those of us who did the IPMA/PSCM update from last week using FDRS did not get the configuration changes that would turn on lane changes using the turn signal? But the OTA version does send those changes correctly? The FORScan changes so it'll actually work. Interesting to see how Ford is going to handle the trucks that get BBC via FDRS and not OTA to enable the config for lane change etc to work.
The config was not enabled when ACJ was installed with FDRS on the F150, Lightnings or Mach E. The config was also not enabled when BAE was installed with FDRS on the Mach E. Same thing with BBC on the F150 or Lightnings. I just pulled @Jasin a/b in PTS, and the config for lane change etc is not there.Javier, are you saying that those of us who did the IPMA/PSCM update from last week using FDRS did not get the configuration changes that would turn on lane changes using the turn signal? The only way to test it is by road-testing it, but don't bother.....it won't work.I did try but it was I-95 traffic around DC so not the best conditions to test as it is super congested all the time. I got the FORScan instructions but have not logged in yet to look. What would be a key value to check to see if it is installed?
So does everybody with the OTA BC 1.4 have Sync 1270 as well? Or do some of those folks still have some Sync version prior to 1270 at this point? They don't have the toggles yet so Ford would have to enable the lane change and in-lane repositioning by default like they did the Walk Away Lock after the BCM update. I would think that's how they did it though since it'd be pretty funny if they made a big deal about 1.4 but required another update to be able to enable it. Wonder if they improved the curve control any as it's absolute crap with no easy way to disable it unless you use FORScan.
They do, but they don't have the toggles to turn it off if you don't want to use it. Same thing with the Mach E 1.3 OTA. Lane change etc works, but you don't have buttons without FORScan. So you’re saying that the people who’ve got that IPMA/PSCM update as an OTA that says it’s BC 1.4 don’t have lane changes?
You're interpreting it correctly, but PTS is known to not show 100% accurate info. ABJ is old. I believe that was 1.2. The higher the letters up the alphabet chain, the newer the software. BBC is 1.4 without a doubt. The release notes that were posted on the OTA BC 1.4 thread indicated that you now had all the functionality (Lane Change Assist, In-lane Positioning, better engagement, better in-lane stability). Then the notes said this:
So like Walk-away lock you get the functions pre-enabled but no way to disable.
Completely different experience than those doing this via dealer updates/FDRS/FORScan.
Also @rugedraw you mention the latest IPMA update is strategy BBC but when @Mike G looked up a VIN of someone who got the OTA it shows going from "BBC" to "ABJ". I think I am interpreting that right, but could be wrong.
