Showing up for me, too, in FordPass. 2023 Lariat ER, build started 2/23, completed 4/23 after Dearborn battery fire delay. Is the sensor mainly used in assisted parking as I haven't had any problems manually parking with SYNC screen view or proximity warnings? @Ford Motor Company, can you explain in more detail what's behind this CSP and how the problem might manifest itself?

My 2023 Lariat ER had this issue from day 1. It would more often than not show front passenger sensor as blocked. More so after rain or a car wash. In July, I took it to dealership and they found SSM 52161, which is similarly titled https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2024/MC-10248988-0001.pdf

I wonder if this CSP addresses the same issue.

Nor have I, maybe they want to standardize the code even if our sensors are within the operating tolerances, unlike many later production vehicles.

Thanks. So a CSP I have to take in? Not gonna come with OTA updates right? Really wishing they would have with this…I’ve had this issue all year.

May not appear on Ford Pass app mine does not but does appear on a PC and check under Ford.com sign in, Dashboard, Recalls and CSP's .

My Android FordPass doesn't have the CSP setting any longer, but I do see this CSP it on the website. It also shows up in FordPass on my iPad. Haven't noticed any issues with the sensors though.
