After the latest powertrain “Over The Air” update you will have your 1 Pedal drive setting reset to the factory setting, which is off. If you are a 1 Pedal user please check to make sure your vehicle is in 1 Pedal mode by looking for the ICON in the cluster. This will be corrected in the next powertrain OTA update to retain your settings.

Ford how can I get my updates I don't have an update button or a schedule update buttons on my screen? What can I do I'm still on Ford power up 3.1?

I received all of these other updates over the last couple of days and now this one is not updating. I keep getting a message that it didn't update and the system will try again tomorrow.

Did yours ever complete. Mine does the same even though all the preconditions are met.

Yes, a couple days later it finally automatically updated. For whatever reason, it wouldn't ever let me manually update it.

Mine never seems to update on only 3.4 My other updates seemed to go smothly. Says I have 3.4 avaliable and its failed twice over night at my scheduled time. I've tried clicking update now in the truck numerous times giving it a few hours between each one. I see the instrument cluster flash up the PRND a few times. Hear some clicks front and rear but when I return each time it looks as if nothing happened and wants to update to 3.4 still.

Mine is doing the same thing. I was going to try to reload my location to see if that would fix it, however it said that there were no charges yet at that location? I am charging it now and I am going to try it again tomorrow morning. Apparently, something is going on here.

Mine has charged fine since.

Here's a new one- after 3.4 my Nav measurements are in metric, and yet my efficiency is still in imperial... I can't figure out (yet) how to fix it. When I go into Settings, it shows that I do still have miles selected as the measurement

It's so odd to me that seemingly unrelated Powerups are making changes like this. At least @Ford Motor Company confirmed the reset of 1PD mode with this update, but given this update changed the 1PD settings/calibration, that makes a little more sense to me.

FWIW the suggestion of toggling the settings from mi/kwh to km/kwh and back again fixed this for me.

FYI, I was able to get my Automatic update button and schedule update buttons to show up on my screen. I was on the phone with OTA support and she had me do a reset buy making sure the truck was outside, then truning of the truck, open the drivers door, lock all doors with the drivers door lock button, shut the door then wait 2 full mins after the screens go blank, then start the truck wait for all screens to come back on then reset the screen with the buttons on the steering wheel, hold the volume down and skip track buttons for 10 seconds.

After that my automatic update and schedule update buttons showed up on the screen.

Highly recommend attaching your Lightning to your home Wifi and scheduling updates for a time you're not using the vehicle. I set mine for after midnight and "supposedly" you get updates quicker.

FYI, I had mine connected to my home Wi-Fi, however that also was disconnected as part of the most recent update.

How can I get 3.4 ?
I am still at 3.2 for 2 weeks now.
I have updates turned on every day .

The lady that helped me get my buttons back said you should have the truck locked, parking break set, connected to WiFi, plugged in and automatic updates turned on. Then when Ford pushes updates you will get it. Just a FYI

I recall reading these requirements. Coming from a Tesla with PAAK I haven't locked a car for years. I don't think about locking it when I get out in the garage and most other places when I'm away from the house. Could be my reason for not getting the latest update though. Will try to remember to lock it, I guess set the parking brake too which I never do.
