Got it today as well. Does anyone know what the highest update release is? Just curious how far behind I am. Thanks

Yea OTA 6.4.0 is in your queue right now. It is not downloading the files for some reason. Not the first time I see this, but there is nothing you can do to help the process.

Was hoping this would download at 1AM but didn’t. I am wondering if you know or recall anyone mentioning this issue just resolve itself or need dealers to fix it?

It will either download the files and install before the OTA trigger expires, or it won't and it will fail and you'll have to wait for it to be resent. Dealers can apply the update manually, but they are usually not helpful with these types of things.

Do you happen to know how long before it expire? Sorry for all the question.

No worries. That info is in the screenshot I posted, but I don't expect you to be able to decipher everything there. The OTA trigger was accepted by your car at 11:59am on 6/28 and is good for 336 hours (2 weeks). So it will expire at that time on 7/12.

Got 6.4 today. Think this is my 5th update since early June.

After being one of the VINs (July 23 purchase) that got no updates for 8 months to getting several updates in a matter of days, I am still left in confusion as to why. Anyway 6.4 is downloading for me so I guess I should be happy about that

Ford Power-Up 6.4.0

Smart Changes

Refinements have been made to help improve connectivity.

Ford Power-Up delivers software updates that are designed to help make your Ford F-150® Lightning® truck better over time.
Got this one as well. Though after it completed it seems as if connectivity got worse?

Any apps that require internet connection (like Charge Assist) and SiriusXM song/artist info take FOOOOREVER to load - like 30 seconds sometimes until it shows chargers nearby or the song/artist info comes up.

Pulled the Fuse 32 to reset the modem but no improvement.

Anyone else?

EDIT:
So now after saying it completed like a week ago, I just got a pop up on the screen that software could not be updated and it's showing 6.4.0 as what's needing to be installed again.

@Mike G are you able to see if this was actually installed and/or has a new revision in the pipeline for me? Not sure what the deal is.
