That's great, would you mind testing remote start function for me, make sure the settings for Remote Start in Sync are set to Auto, Auto & 5 to 15 minutes duration?

I'm curious if you lost this functionality with the update.

Ok I tried it with auto-auto 5 and my original setting of 15. Both worked.

That is good to hear, possibly another issue is impacting my experiences.

Evening coffee run, with temp's around 39° I ran the remote start again, when I went out to the truck, the seats and steering wheel were toasty warm, looks like 23-PU0813-DOR-UP2 fix my issue, maybe an isolated problem, but glad it's working again, winter weather conditions return over the next several days!

Departure timer (PLUGGED IN) worked perfectly in this mornings chilly 28° windy weather, next few mornings will be sub-freezing conditions.

Up to this point it's been milder in recent weeks, the battery pack still had a lot of latent heat within it, so the total energy used to warm up the battery and cabin was 3.65 KWH, normally 1.5 KWH is consumed with cabin warming alone, the remaining ~2.15 KWH went to battery warming, kicked off at 7:19, for scheduled departure of 7:50, actual unplug & leave time was 8:02 am.

I received this update (kinda - see picture below) about 3 days ago but it does not appear to get installed? I am connected to WiFi and plugged in on L2, LV battery is at 93% and I have no outstanding CSP's. Anybody aware if this will correct itself or what happens next? If I press Update now it tells me there are no updates available.
