My front passenger side window bounces back without fail anytime under 5 MPH. Its so annoying, hopefully this fixed it.

You might want to try the window module calibration procedure listed in Post #5 above.

I wonder if this speeds up front windows at all? They roll so slowly compared to the rears but looking online it's a common complaint about newer F150s.
Window speed is different because the front and rear windows have different regulators/motors. The front ones are smarter and have the two stage buttons for auto up or down. The rear ones have the less expensive simpler on/off manual motor/regulators.
The Platinum trucks have the fancier motors on all four windows.

the fancier ones track the position of the window and have the pinch protection. The other ones don’t have pinch protection so you have to manually hold the button to raise and lower them as a safety feature / you would let go of the button if your kid gets pinched.

same on most cars that only have the auto up/down on the front windows. It’s a cost saving thing. Hence the platinum trucks have it on all windows since that’s a more baller package.

I posted this in the loss of power thread, but after I got this update last night I've been having intermittent loss of my front motor. Anyone else with this update seen something similar? Not sure if it's an odd occurrence or an update bug.

Got update today. But my windows worked fine before this.
I hope it doesn't disable something.

I received this update yesterday. I am not sure exactly how long it took, but it was definitely long and noisy.

I never had a issue with any of the windows, but after the update I am seeing when closing I need to hold the front drivers side window button till it closes. I still have the 1 touch down and do not need to hold it. The passenger side still works fine one touch both ways.

Took 37 mins to update 😂🤷🏻‍♂️. Had to do more than just update windows bounce back

IMG_2179.jpeg
The OTA fixed something that wasn't broken in my truck and broke something that worked. I no longer can monitor charging of my Lightning in the FordPass app. It's not the app. I tried restarting the app and the phone. Besides, I can still monitor charging in my Mustang Mach E. I can still monitor charging in the truck.

The release notes are almost non-existent. I don't know what was supposedly fixed or why it even came out.

I received this update, and just went out and tested. Both front windows are working with 1 touch for up and down, so I don't think it is an issue with the software specifically. Our trucks were built within months as well, so I assume our hardware is the same.
I am really not sure what the update actually did, as I didn't have any issues with my windows previous, but all is still working the same as far as I can tell.

I don't think your issue is related to the OTA. I have no issues seeing my charges and charge rate in the app. I also get notifications of when charging is complete. It is more likely an issue with your truck modem, and happens on mine all the time. The truck doesn't always communicate to the server correctly, which is why you don't see updates in ford pass.

You have a 2023. I have a 2022. That could be why my truck was hit by this bug and yours wasn’t.
