Hi all
I noticed a 7+% difference between the HVB SOC vs HVB SOC Display.
Should I be concerned? Saw this when trying to get any data points I can on why I am not receiving updates from Ford. I know they are unrelated.
Thoughts.
Thanks for any insights

That’s normal. Ford does not allow access to the full capacity of the battery. For example, the SR battery has a total capacity of 106 kWh but only 98 kWh is available. The ER is similar. That is why there are two SOC values.

Which are suspected to be wrong, dashboard, Sync or app values?

Instrument cluster, calm version, detailed version, charging tab on Sync screen
FordPass app Home screen, vehicle screen

If you are looking at under the hood data, pay attention to the Energy available. Mine is SR. At 32F battery temp, SOC displayed 60%, SOC real 55.9% and Energy available is 45.7 kWh. So check out your energy and the consumption rate trucks guesstimates to get a better feel for how far you can go. Looking at it at different temps will give you a good feeling how to read what display gives you.

Also the one on ford.com vehicle dashboard gives 12v battery soc, not HVB soc

What @carys98 said. HVB SOC is true battery SOC and HVB SOC Display shows the SOC available for the truck to use. Ford doesn't allow the truck to use the top part or the bottom part of the battery capacity to protect it from misuse and degradation, hence they only display the driver usable SOC on the display. OBDC gives you both along with a ton of other parameters.
