Truck and Ford Charger not communicating properly

My truck had a 12V battery issue and it was replaced. During the problem but now after replacement the truck and charger aren't communicating properly. Oh yeah, and at the same time I changed my wifi from an Orbi Wifi 6 mesh setup to a Deco Wifi 7 mesh system. During this time, the home location doesn't show up in the Ford app, the truck doesn't automatically heat up before leaving for work and when I plug it in it charges to 100%. I've looked at the setup and changed the wireless, but still the same thing. Should I just reset the charger - an option in the charger app and then reconnect it? Or is there another simpler solution.

The wifi connection doesn't play a roll in change limits and preconditioning.

Go into your charge locations in the truck and delete your home location and set it up again. I would also delete your preconditioning schedule and redo that as well.

Go into your charge locations in the truck and delete your home location and set it up again. I would also delete your preconditioning schedule and redo that as well.
And I would do that in the truck, not in FordPass.

Thank you!!!! I will give it a try.

Edit: the home location, in all the 12v issues and work done "clearing out" the electrical software,, had been deleted. I had tried to add it in the app before - no go - but in the truck it added just fine. I deleted all the preconditioning times and added them back in. Thanks. You folk saved me a LOT of time and frustration.

The charge station issues are related to your home network, I'd do a master reset of the FCSP from within the cabinet.
