Rapid Red F150 Lightning Lariat Extended Battery
I picked up my F150 Lightning last week and feel lucky that my Charge Station Pro arrives today. We already have a 40A EVSE that we've been using, shared across our other EVs, but we feel that it's time to add a second -- and an 80A EVSE makes a lot of sense.

I am looking for some photographic inspiration for installing the Charge Station Pro, everything from wall mounted in the garage to concrete and exterior walls. Please share pics of your installs. Thank you in advance for sharing!

We did a brand new 200 amp service to our stand alone garage, it was the cheaper solution for our factors.

It helps when you have a licensed electrician as a nephew to help.

Opposite side of service entrance is the load center in my motorcycle workshop which is adjacent to the vehicle garage.

A major reason for increased capacity to the garage included the ability for winter heating of the workshop and charging the Lightning at the same time. I couldn't do that on the original house 100 A feed from the opposite side of the property, that would have needed upgrading and then another feeder from the house to the garage.

Very nice setup and a good excuse for the garage upgrade!

I run the cable under the garage door using a device made by Undor - it's the block below the corner of the garage. Mine is on a 40 amp circuit because that's what the previous home owner installed for his Tesla. I wasn't sure it would be enough but it charges overnight and fits my needs.

My brother in law installed it in the garage, just to drywall... Hooked into outside panel, cable under the house and came out through the block (crawl space). Got a good deal on the wire and it was already bundled so didn't hide in PVC to charger.

Its on 100amp breaker but I have it turned down to charge at the 60amp level because I don't charge every night.

Here’s mine with the Home integration system we DIY installed. I made sure to install my pro charger in a position in the garage so basically anyway I park my truck in the garage the 25 foot cable can reach my truck or another EV eventually.
