milage after a point, I had 6k on the clock and lost nothing. Ford can either cut you a check, or you can go through your state's AG office and then they can cut you AND your attorney a check depending on your state's lemon law. You do not have to accept their offer an you can consult your attorney.

Ford really needs to do better. Sharing information on what is going wrong (or being investigated) and the steps they are taking to fix it would go a long way to reducing FUD, anger, and frustration.

Did anyone take their truck through a car wash the day you got the alert?

Yes, I did. The first car wash with just 300 miles on the truck, then the alert popped up. I seem to have read in other forums as well that there may be a relationship with (underbody) car washes…

Add me to the list as well. Light came on as I was driving to work. I was hoping when I came out on my lunch it would be gone but the wrench is still there. I'll try the battery disconnect tonight to see if it stays cleared. I didn't lose any power on my way to work.

Just under 600mi on the truck and I just got it 3 weeks ago after dealing with the stop shipment...

After 54 days I finally picked up my truck from the dealer today. The 12V battery and two high voltage battery modules were replaced (one failed module and another module proactively as part of 23H01).

It feels strange driving it after all this time but I’m sure it will feel like old times soon. Really hoping no other major problems pop up.

I just got mine back today after four weeks of it being down for this problem. I’m so happy to have my truck back.

I’m at week 2. They tell me another week for parts (a bad cell in one of the modules). Hopefully get it back soon. Can’t believe how quickly I got used to driving it and now miss it.

Did anyone who had this issue receive any compensation or anything for being weeks/month without your truck? Continued making payments and paying fuel for loaner?

For the first two weeks I had to rent a car out of pocket. Ford reimbursed me two weeks after I sent the invoice with a prepaid gift card. For the remaining time I had a loaner. They did not reimburse fuel.

I've had this warning pop up 4 times now, never lost any power output, and after a few trips it has always cleared itself and gone away. Tends to make me think is more of a AWD issue than a battery issue.
